The websites covered by this Privacy Policy (the "Oryn Websites") are orynapp.ai, app.orynapp.ai, and quiz.get-oryn.com, as well as any future Oryn-operated website that links to this Privacy Policy.

Oryn and its software and intellectual property are developed and owned by ALLIE LTD, a company organized in Cyprus. EL Licensing, LLC, a Florida limited liability company that uses the public business name App Talks, commercially operates and distributes Oryn under license from ALLIE LTD. EL Licensing, LLC is the seller and contracting entity for direct web subscriptions purchased through the Oryn Websites and is responsible for related billing and commercial support. ALLIE LTD may process personal information where necessary in connection with the development, maintenance, security, and technical support of the Oryn software, subject to the applicable contractual and data-protection arrangements between ALLIE LTD and EL Licensing, LLC.

In this Privacy Policy, "Oryn," "we," "us," and "our" generally refer to EL Licensing, LLC in connection with commercial operation of the Service, unless ALLIE LTD or another entity is expressly identified.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required for a particular processing activity under applicable law, we will request that consent separately.

Roles under Data Protection Law

EL Licensing, LLC is responsible for the commercial operation of the Service, including direct web subscriptions, billing, transaction administration, and commercial support, and is the primary contact for privacy questions connected with those activities. ALLIE LTD may process personal information where necessary in connection with the development, maintenance, security, and technical support of the Oryn software, subject to the applicable contractual and data-protection arrangements between ALLIE LTD and EL Licensing, LLC. Depending on the activity, marketplaces, payment providers, authentication providers, and other third parties may act as independent controllers or equivalent businesses for their own processing. The identity and role of the controller, processor, or equivalent responsible business for a particular activity depend on the processing involved and the applicable contractual and legal arrangements.

Types of Data Collected

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Account and contact information, such as your name, email address, account identifiers, authentication method, and information received from an authentication provider when you choose to sign in through that provider.
• Profile and onboarding information, such as gender, interests, wellness preferences, meditation goals, training goals, and other information you choose to provide through onboarding, quizzes, questionnaires, preferences, registration, or interactive features on the Oryn Websites or in the mobile applications.
• AI Coach content, including messages and other content you submit, conversation history, and memory or summaries derived from your conversations to support the feature.
• Activity and progress information, including meditation and training activity, completed sessions, streaks, feedback, and goal progress.
• Payment and subscription information, such as transaction-related name and email, billing country or region, selected plan, subscription or entitlement status, transaction or order identifiers, payment status, amount and currency, renewal or cancellation status, and limited payment-method information made available by a payment provider.
• Communications and support information, including requests, feedback, cancellation reasons, and messages you send to us.
• Device, notification, analytics, and usage information, including the Usage Data described below, push-notification tokens and preferences, app events, attribution information, and diagnostic information.

Payments and Subscription Purchases

For subscriptions purchased directly through an Oryn Website, EL Licensing, LLC is the seller and contracting entity. Direct web payments may be processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe. Complete payment-card numbers are generally submitted directly to the payment processor and are not received or stored by EL Licensing, LLC or ALLIE LTD. We may receive transaction and subscription information from the processor or commerce platform, such as the information described above.

We use payment and subscription information to administer subscriptions and paid access; process renewals, cancellations, and refunds; prevent and investigate fraud; provide transaction and account support; maintain financial and transaction records; and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

If you purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the relevant marketplace processes the purchase under its own terms and privacy practices. The marketplace or a subscription-management provider may send us limited information needed to confirm and administer your entitlement, such as product, subscription status, transaction identifier, and expiration or renewal information. We do not receive complete payment-card details from Apple or Google, and EL Licensing, LLC does not act as the marketplace payment processor.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

We may also collect information that your browser or device sends when you use the Service, as well as app interaction, attribution, performance, crash, and error information. We use this information to operate and improve the Service, understand feature use, measure campaigns, diagnose problems, protect accounts and the Service, and prevent fraud. Where applicable law requires consent for analytics, attribution, or similar technologies, we will request it separately.

AI Coach and Health-Related Information

Oryn includes an AI-powered Coach that may provide wellness, training, educational, and personalized guidance. The following applies to your use of the Coach and to any health-related information you provide:

• You are interacting with AI. The AI coach is an automated software feature, not a human clinician. The app discloses the AI nature of the coach before you begin interacting with it, and again at appropriate intervals.
• We do not sell or share your individually identifiable health information or the content of messages you send to the AI Coach for advertising purposes. We may disclose such information to service providers only where reasonably necessary to provide and operate the Service, subject to appropriate contractual, confidentiality, and data-protection obligations, or where disclosure is required or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
• We do not use your AI coach inputs for targeted advertising, and we do not use what you tell the coach to profile you for advertising purposes.
• Sensitive information. Depending on where you live and what you choose to provide, certain wellness or health-related information may be considered sensitive personal information. We will process it under an appropriate legal basis or authorization, including by requesting consent where required by applicable law.
• Recommendations and promotions. The AI coach may recommend Oryn content, sessions, or subscription plans. Where a recommendation constitutes a promotion of a product or service, or reflects a sponsorship or business affiliation, this will be disclosed. General recommendations of Oryn's own meditation content are provided as part of the Service.
• Not medical care. Oryn is a wellness app and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. Please see our Terms of Service for the full disclaimer and guidance on emergencies.

Use of Your Personal Data

We may use personal information for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, personalize, and improve the Service, including accounts, purchased features, AI-powered features, recommendations, progress, and technical operation.
• To administer purchases and subscriptions, including transactions, paid access, renewals, cancellations, refunds, entitlements, billing support, and related records.
• To communicate with you, including account, transaction, service, support, and security communications by email, push notification, or another available channel.
• To respond to requests and provide support.
• For analytics and improvement, including understanding feature use, measuring performance and campaigns, diagnosing errors, and improving products and user experience.
• To protect the Service and users, including preventing, detecting, and investigating fraud, misuse, security incidents, or violations of our terms.
• To comply with law and maintain records, including legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, dispute-resolution, and enforcement obligations.
• For marketing where permitted by law, including news, offers, and information about Oryn, subject to your choices and any consent required by law. These communications are not based on the content of your AI coach conversations.
• For business transfers, including evaluating or completing a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer involving all or part of the business or its assets.

Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal information as necessary to perform a contract with you, including providing the Service and administering purchases; for legitimate interests such as operating, securing, analyzing, supporting, and improving the Service, where those interests are not overridden by your rights; with your consent where applicable law requires it; and to comply with legal obligations. The legal basis depends on the information, purpose, context, and law that applies.

Sharing of Your Personal Data

We may share your personal information only in the following situations:

• With service providers: We may share personal information with providers that support cloud infrastructure and hosting, authentication, payments and subscription management, analytics and attribution, customer support and communications, fraud prevention and security, AI functionality, and other technical operations. We require providers acting on our behalf to be subject to appropriate contractual, confidentiality, and data-protection obligations.
• Between EL Licensing, LLC and ALLIE LTD: The companies may share personal information as necessary for EL Licensing, LLC's commercial administration of the Service and ALLIE LTD's development, maintenance, security, and technical support of the Oryn software, subject to their applicable contractual and data-protection arrangements.
• For direct web transactions: Information may be shared with commerce and payment providers, including Stripe, to process and administer direct web subscriptions and related transactions.
• With Apple and Google: If you use a marketplace purchase or sign-in service, we exchange limited account, authentication, transaction, or entitlement information with the relevant provider as needed for that feature. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
• For business transfers: We may share or transfer your personal information during negotiations of any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
• With Affiliates: We may share your information with our affiliates, and in this case, we will require them to honor this Privacy Policy.
• With your consent: We may disclose your personal information for other purposes with your consent.
• For legal reasons: We may disclose your information where required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

International Data Transfers

Your personal information may be processed outside the country where you live, including in the United States, Cyprus, and countries where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we take appropriate steps designed to protect transferred personal information, which may include contractual protections, recognized transfer mechanisms, or other lawful measures.

Retention Time and Deletion of Personal Data

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain accounts and subscriptions, complete transactions, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, protect the Service, and enforce agreements. The appropriate period depends on the type of information, why it was collected, and applicable legal requirements.

You may request deletion through available account functionality or by contacting support@orynapp.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Deleting an account or cancelling a subscription does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of all information. Where lawful, we may retain transaction, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, and compliance records, as well as information in backups or records that cannot immediately be isolated. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal as described in the applicable purchase terms; it does not itself delete your account or personal information.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Where appropriate or required by law, we may provide additional notice through the Service or by email.

Please review this Privacy Policy periodically. If a change involves a processing activity for which applicable law requires consent, we will request that consent separately.

Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for anyone under 18.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from those under 18. If you are a parent and you become aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Rights of EU Users

If you are located in the European Union, applicable data-protection law may give you rights concerning your personal information. Depending on the circumstances and subject to legal limitations, these may include the right to:

• correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information;
