Premium renews automatically
Oryn Premium is a recurring subscription and renews through the provider used for purchase unless you cancel before the next renewal.
Access follows the paid term
After cancellation, Premium access normally remains available until the end of your current paid subscription period, unless applicable law or the purchase provider requires otherwise.
Direct web purchases
Subscriptions purchased directly through Oryn-operated websites, including orynapp.ai, app.orynapp.ai, and quiz.get-oryn.com, are sold by EL Licensing, LLC.
EL Licensing, LLC is the contracting entity responsible for billing administration, cancellations, refunds where applicable, and customer support for direct web purchases.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
Purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the applicable marketplace's billing relationship and terms.

How you manage or cancel your subscription depends on where you purchased it.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for payments already made. Refund eligibility is governed by the Terms of Service, applicable law, and, where applicable, the marketplace's refund policy.
Manage with Apple
Open your Apple account subscription settings to view or cancel a subscription purchased through the App Store.
Manage with Google
Open Google Play subscription settings using the Google account that completed the purchase.
Manage a web subscription
For subscriptions purchased directly through an Oryn-operated website, use any subscription-management option available in your account or contact support@orynapp.ai for cancellation or billing assistance.
Important: selecting a cancellation reason or submitting feedback inside Oryn does not by itself cancel a subscription. For App Store or Google Play purchases, cancellation must be completed through the applicable marketplace. For direct web subscriptions, cancellation must be completed using the available web subscription-management process or through Oryn Support.

Does Oryn Premium renew automatically?
Yes. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, Oryn Premium automatically renews at the end of each applicable billing period until canceled.
How do I cancel Oryn Premium?
If you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, manage or cancel the subscription through the applicable marketplace. For a subscription purchased directly through an Oryn-operated website, use the available web subscription-management process or contact support@orynapp.ai.
How do I restore a subscription?
Use Restore purchases inside Oryn while signed in with the same store account used for the original purchase. If access is still missing, email support@orynapp.ai.
Is Kegel training included with Premium?
No. Kegel training access is currently a separate one-time purchase and is not included with Oryn Premium.
What if I have a payment or refund question?
Refund eligibility depends on where the purchase was made, applicable law, and the terms shown at checkout.
